LG Dynamic II factory resets on its own.

[AC Question]

I've had this phone for a few weeks and it's been working no problem. The other day it randomly shut down, and did a factory reset on it's own. I set it back up and re-installed a couple apps I had. One of which being sims freeplay. No problems until I tried to install the "additional content". My phone did factory reset again.
I had this content no problem for the last few weeks, and my roommate has had it on her phone no problem as well. Any ideas why THIS makes it do a factory reset?
