Hi and thanks beforehand for answering this question that is most likely pathetically simple.

I have an LG G stylo 2. I've inserted my 64 gb microsd and formatted it. I then tried moving apps to the SD card byld going to settings - Apps- and trying to change the storage. Nope. Tried it through file manager as well. Would anyone mind helping me?

    Thanks again.

Hi and welcome to the forums . For the LG Stylo 2, LG decided to disable the adoptable storage feature from Android Marshmallow, as well as the ability to move apps to the card in general. There is a way to enable it, but does require a bit of work:

Those instructions were originally made for the original LG Stylo, but I can confirm it works on my LG Stylo 2 with Boost Mobile. Hopefully this helps, and enjoy the phone!

I tried to download that and it said "file type unsupported", any ideas?
