Why is my LG G Pad X 10.1 not updating?

I have an LG G Pad X 10.1 on ATT. The tablet will not update at all there are 2 updates available. 1 that came out on 3/1/16 and the Marshmallow update that came out on 6/15/16. These updates have yet to be pushed to my tablet. When i go in to manually update it tells me there are no updates available. I am on 5.1.1 and the same tablets at the ATT store on on 6.0. I have tried a factory reset and still get the message there are no updates available. Any suggestions on how to get these updates to my tablet?
