Is that the crappy Usage manager? It will always say that. its a stupid app you cannot turn off,
Not even Notify Block, and app you can get for free, seems to be able to block all the notifications from Usage Manager. I'm trying to see if I can but still get them every now and then. I use greenify too to shut off background activity.
