I cannot get into my email

My phone is saying that my email password has been updated but I have not updated it. I can get into my email via my computer by not my phone. This is a Yahoo account.

My guess would be that someone hacked in or you accidentally changed it. Did you have recovery options set up? If so, did you try clicking forgot password?
