microphone not working during calls

[AC Question]

when I make calls on the zen watch the mic seem not working, others can't hear me but I can hear them, also I can't listen to music from it, it tells me to pair it by Bluetooth but it doesn't connect , I know the mic is working when I use google now so I know the mic is fine, I paired the watch with three different phone, the same problem.
