Why am i having popup ads in my galaxy note II

Popup ads shows and immediately my phone screen stops working can't do anything, the app showing that is proxy server, I can't disable it or delete it please what can I do

This has become a common issue with those who want the latest apps for new devices. The issue lays within the app it's or those apps you've downloaded onto you phone or tablet. often these apps have ads within the app and can go off at any time.

There could be several options to correcting this but I'll list just 2:

1. One could simply delete/uninstall those apps (via Apps Manager) which has ads associated with them.
2. Locate an ad reduction app that closes these ads like an adblocker.

Granted, I take the time to read the fine print within any selected apps I've downloaded and if they contain ads, I would simply avoid these apps or use a web app via my Opera Mini Browser which blocks ads. Remember, if you locate an app you like and you check "Agree to terms" you could be bombarded with unwanted ads because this is how the app's developer/s makes their money via those unwanted ads.
