Stuck in TWRP!

[AC Question]

I updated SuperSu to the latest version using twrp but now I can't get out of twrp. After updating, I pressed 'reboot'. Then my screen froze. I used the button combination home, power and volume down to reboot but it keeps rebooting twrp. This circle keeps going around. I am desperate for a solution! I can't find anything that comes close to this problem on the web. Please help me

In most cases you need to flash stock recovery back on the device and select reboot system now. Once it boots back to OS, then just reflash TWRP.
