It's been 4-5 month old
And i want to exchange it with other phone or other color

Hi

There is no way to "exchange" it after this many months have past, at least through your carrier anyway. You'll need to perhaps list it on a local "for sale" website, like "craigslist" or something, and list it that you want to trade it.
