How do i stop Yellow Booster from trying to install itself?

I just bought a New Galaxy Note 4 two weeks ago. Now i am have this Yellow Booster trying to install itself. Don't want it, don't like it. Please help me stop it.

Did you download something to cause this or did it come with your phone? My wife just got a refurbished phone from Verizon to replace her LG which broke and that came up before I could even install the first app.

Hi, I am facing the same issue. This message is popping again n again on screen for downloading yellow booster app. I am cancelling again n again but it again pops up. This is a malware. How to stop this. Please help out.
