I hv a heating problem in my moto x play

I hv a heating problem in my phone like when I open any apps lk wassup or any simple apps my phone get heat up very quickly I can't touch. I find shocking when I keep my phone in charge then also my phone get heat up very quickly. So wat I do to resolve tht. I hv buy these phone two or three days before from flipkart.
