Text Notifications sound cut short

[AC Question]

So after the last update from Verizon on my S7 edge it screwed up my notification sounds I had downloaded from Zegde. Now, it only plays half of the notification sound which is completely annoying. The default S7 edge integrated sounds work great but why be plain when you can customize your own. I've tried other downloaded apps and still does not work, I even tried making my own with a ringt one maker and still same thing. Does anyone know how to and just this??????

Long shot but try wiping system cache via recovery mode. Then try to set your custom ringtone again.

Nevermore it was short lived only worked once.
