Bad microphone when calling, other person cant hear anything

So I recently bought a new Galaxy S6 a couple of weeks ago and after doing some calls I've realized the other person has trouble hearing what I'm saying. I'm using the headset that was included with the phone when I call, and it seems like the microphone is bad. But I've tried changing headset, and it's still a problem. It was never a problem with my old s3 when using the same headset, so I'm wondering why it is bad now.. I figured it must have something to do with the phone. I googled it and found guides on how to fix the microphone on the phone itself, but nothing on this. Is the usb output broken or is it the phone? Anyone else have experienced this? All answers will be appreciated

Hi, seeing as you just bought the device I would return it for a new one - if you're experiencing issues this early on in the game then it's probably going to get worse as time goes on.
