Separate contact info on my Droid Turbo 2 - multiple phone numbers and/or multiple emails

[AC Question]

My phone-car contacts upload is not working and Toyota indicated it craps out during upload if it comes across a contact that has multiple phone numbers or multiple emails. Verizon couldn't help. I know I can manually update/separate but looking to see if there is an easier way. Any relative simple help is much appreciated (I am not a techie in any way)
