Hi

Is there any way to retrieve the text??

The android clipboard is a temporary location in memory that holds only one item.
The old item is replaced by the new item when a "copy" is done.
It all goes away when the power is turned off.

Some OEMs and some third-party apps give you the option of a multiple-item clipboard beyond what android gives you.
Whether or not those items remain after a reboot will depend on the app/service that is acting as the clipboard.
