Why has everything stopped working?

Hello, I have Prestigio PSP5455 DUO and yesterday I got a message 'Unfortunately, (everything) has stopped'. I couldn't press anything than OK, and when I did it appeared again. I tried to reboot it, but then I had only a few seconds to do something and it appeared again. I also did factory reset, but everything stayed the same. I tried wipe cache partition, but nothing changed. Please, if you know how to fix it, let me know
