Samsung note 2 randomnly turns off

[AC Question]

My Samsung note 2 randomnly turns off and only way to turn back on is to remove and reinsert battery. sometimes this works, other times it gets stuck in a cycle of restarting. Have had it at a mobile repairer for a week. they checked hardware and could find no issue and they dis a factory reset. when i got it back today and tried to restore my google account it turned off again. back at the mobile repairer again but they said they are running out of ideas. Do I ditch the phone or is there hope?
