I used Dr. Fone, but now my phone is stuck in the "recovery mode", how do I fix this?

I used Dr. Fone to recover videos, but now my phone is stuck in the "recovery mode". I tried turning it off, but it doesn't work, I tried taking out the battery, it didn't work! When I took out and put my battery back in, it just automatically goes back to the Dr. Fone recovery mode. (And I couldn't even recover the things I wanted to because I was using a free trial and it wouldn't let me recover them onto my phone.) Please let me know if there are any ways to fix this without having to wiping my whole phone!!
