Why do my photos from Samsung Note 5 sync to dropbox multiple times?

I have my photos set up to automatically sync to my Camera Uploads in my dropbox. This works, but when I move photos out of Camera Uploads into another folder on my dropbox, I don't want them to sync again back into the Camera Uploads. How can I fix this setting on my phone to only have photos sync to dropbox once?
