Phone wont get off safe mode or take screenshots?

[AC Question]

I dropped my Galaxy S6 edge plus in water the other day & I grabbed it out seconds after dropping it. Nothing seems wrong with the phone except now it won't turn off the safe mode. None of my buttons are stuck because they all press down then come back up right after. I've tried restarting the phone & holding down the power button & the volume down button at the same time & nothing will work safe mode is still on. My phone also won't take screenshots anymore & I'm not understanding why it's doing this if none of the buttons are stuck. Everything else is working but these 2 things. It's starting to get annoying now.
