I have a Samsung Galaxy On7 (India only model) running on Android 6.0.1 and ever since I updated to 6.0.1 (been a week or so), I wasn't able to use the play store. When I tried signing out and then signing in again, I always get a message saying "Error, there seems to be a problem right now. Please try again". I've been trying for 5 days now and the same message pops up over and over again. Please help

    Thank you.

Heres a few things I can think of. First clear the data and cache for play store. If that doesn't help then a factory reset might help, although that's not something you probably want to do. Try contacting Google by looking up their phone number. That's all I can think of hope this helps

Hi did this get fixed? I have the same problem on mobile data... I cannot add or sign in to my mobile account. If I'm on my wifi at home I can add it but if I'm on ANY MOBILE DATA it will not work... I've contacted Samsung and they were useless... I'm having a hard time finding Google support staff to talk or chat with. I use the Galaxy A9. If you fixed it please let me know what you did! Thanks!
