Why can't I post pictures on Facebook or other picture sharing apps?

I have a galaxy note s5. I think I reset the app preferences because whenever I try to upload a picture or even use Pokémon go, there is a permission issue. I try to fix it but a screen pops up on my preference setting saying something about a screen overlay problem. I try to change the preference from on to off but it won't work. I am currently unable to use most apps because of this.

So do you have a Note 5 or an S5? Those are two different phones, and could be running different Android versions depending on update status.

Just turn remove anything 'floating' on your screen at the moment, like Facebook chat heads. Or go to settings>applications>more>apps that can write over>turn off everything.
