Prior to Windows 10, my Note 4 was a breeze getting photos and video off. After my Windows 10 update (that's another story) my computer no longer recognizes my phone.
-I have plugged in via USB
-I have made sure my phone was set to photo transfer
-I have looked for my phone in Windows Explorer, but is not visible.
After plugging phone in, a box pops up that appears to be installing something, then disappears, but doesn't result in anything that allows me to view my phone files.
Please help!
