Emulate a Mifare with a NFC phone

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know how to use my new Oneplus 3 in NFC emettor mode and if I could then use this emettor to emulate a Mifare Card ?

No you can't.
Google removed the "NFC Emulation" on Android. You wil need a NFC dongle with a computer.
