Is Total Wireless really so bad?

[AC Question]

I have read very mixed reports on how Total Wireless is, what I look for is a cheap cellular service witch doesn't require me to stay with them for a set amount of time (so i can cancel it anytime) and that i get a few gb data for a good price each month. Total Wireless seems to do all this to an affordable price. Although I have read so many bad reviews on them so I'm asking are they good? (I already got a phone so i don't need a new one)

And if there are any better service providers for an affordable price feel free to recomennd them
