i try to by pass the google act security by doing step by step from vidios that ive looked at on youtube but nothing works can anybody help me pleasssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There isn't a way around this. The only person that can open the device is the original owner of the device who set up that account with Google. Surely you can remember your email Address? It's easy to recover a lost password. If you bought this device used and cannot locate the original owner you are pretty much screwed
