What will I lose on my phone if I remove Dropbox?

I want to remove the account but it says "Removing this account will delete all of its messages, contacts, and other data from the phone!" I do not even recall setting up an account, but may have just forgotten. I don't mind too much if the photos disappear as I have already loaded the ones there to my computer and am not syncing. But I do not want to lose all my contact information and text messages that are in my phone.

You will lose whatever is stored in Dropbox. If you've never used it, that may be nothing.
It's a useful app though, offering 2gb of free storage if I recall right, with more storage available if you want.
