AC Question

Hello,
I installed knox on my already rooted sumsung j5 and after rebooting, it got stuck in a boot loop.
I couldn't get into safe mode so i tried clearing the cache but that didn't help.
instead i see this message : "dm-verity verification failed"

And when i try the factory reset i get this error :
E: unknown volume for path [/sbfs]
E:unknown colume "/sbfs"

What can i do next to solve this.
Thank you.

"dm-verity verification failed means your EFS file is corrupt. This contains important information such as your IMEI number. You will need to contact your service provider, a third party cannot restore your IMEI. Quite why you tried to install Knox on a rooted device is beyond me. That was total madness. Meddling with things you don't understand can be costly as I think you will find out since this is something you will be unable to repair yourself.
