Need help with issue after updating to Marshmallow. DDR app update screen.

[AC Question]

I just installed the system update for Android Marshmallow. Upon opening, the screen is stuck on some DDR application update or activation that is continuously trying to connect and won't open to my Home screen. The rectangular shape at the bottom says Emergency Call. The pic with the massage pops up periodically while it's trying to connect. Does anyone know of a fix? I have already tried wiping the cache partition.

Not familiar with it, it just came up after the update to install Marshmallow.

Perhaps it needs wifi to do whatever. Swipe down and enable wifi if you can, if not reboot into safe mode and see if you can disable the app, then boot as normal

My wifi is currently enabled. Can't say I'm even sure what my DDR application is, or what to look for.

this is a third party app came along with marshmallow update i also faced this dont know how to remove.
