"Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped" issue

[AC Question]

I accidentally removed my Micro SD Card before unmounting it. It started showing me an error message (Unfortunately,Launcher has stopped). I looked online for a fix, one fix was factory reset, the other was deleting the cache of launcher in Apps>All. When I click Apps, though, it says, "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." Help would be greatly appreciated.
