Good brands of power banks that use Li-Poly batteries?

I have/used Anker and RavPower branded chargers and while I like them, they can be a bit bulky. Also, AFAIK, they only use 18650 batteries. Going through Amazon, all the brands that use Li-Poly batteries are ones that are unfamiliar to me. Any thoughts? Thanks
