what do you do when your G3 vigor doesn't turn on

it wont turn on even if I hold the power button and I tried taking the battery out for a couple minutes and it still won't work. Please help me

Plug in the charger. Make sure it's charging. (If it's not, the charging port may be faulty, and you may have a dead battery.) Leave it charging for 24 hours. Let us know what happens.
