Since downloading marshmallow update problem with Google store services

Since downloading the latest update, Marshmallow, I am having problems. I keep getting a message flashing up asking me to close Google play services. Have tried Clear Cache, but to no avail. Can anyone suggest anything else I can do, or do I need to Factory reset.

You need to google play services and do clear data , if doesnt work then you need reset your phone.
