Black screen, top blue LED light on and won't reset on Galaxy S6

[AC Question]

My son pulled my phone off the charger and it fell, not even 2 feet, flat on linoleum. The screen was black but the buttons at the bottom flashed blue and white at first then stayed blue. I tried holding the power and the volume down buttons, but all that happened was the button lights went off and the top LED light is still on. Is there anything I can do?
