No sound when playing videos on Netflix and YouTube

[AC Question]

I was watching a YouTube Red movie on my Droid Turbo phone and hit the volume button to make sure it was as loud as it would go and a small message and volume screen popped up. I didn't have my readers on, but could see what appeared to be the same volume bar as always appears with room turn it up. I turned it up to full volume and poof....no more sound. I've tried checking the phones audio in settings, everything is turned up all the way. I've tried turning phone completely off, waiting a minute and turning it back on, hoping to "reset". Nothing is working. Anyone have any knowledge on this? Thank you!
