Why is my phone running slow and not downloading apps?

[AC Question]

I recently purchased a note 7 and everything was fine until a day or two ago. Now, everything has slowed down and I can't even download a book from kindle. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app,(Which took 30 minutes.) I feel like it's something I have enabled, as the app works fine and speedy on my droid turbo. Not a network problem. Thanks.
