kyocera event is slow, freezzes up and wont respond when i try and open an app.

Everytime i try and open an app it says not responding. And the phone is so,so,so slow and freezzes up all the time. I cant even use the phone thats how long it takes to do anything. I try to reboot it, restart it and nothing. Even thats a hassle to do. Please help!!!!
