    I've had the phone for almost seven months it's been working fine up until the battery died one day I went to turn the phone back on and there's a green screen and it's prompting me to enter a product key...has anyone else have this problem or can anyone help me fix it????!!!! I'll be forever grateful this is so frustrating!!??
