Pop advertisement.

[AC Question]

Whenever i open my samsung galaxy j3 6, an add keep popping. is there anyway to delete it? I've downloaded something, but i don't know how to delete it and i installed it from google, i've regretted it. can you please help me uninstall it?

Try booting into Safe Mode. If the trouble stops, a third-party app is indicated as the cause. Reboot to normal mode. Then go to Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the app you suspect, select Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, and Uninstall.

If no go, get back to us.

I'm intending to solve this problem by resetting the phone, but there's bothering me.. in google settings in samsung there's called "Ads" and i have an advertising ID. can you reply to me? if you let me know how to do it please do.
