So I unrooted my Note 4 (SM-N910F)(Android version needed the kernel fix for root) cause I no longer needed the root access and wanted to diagnose a probably unrelated problem. I used Odin and the N910FXXU1BOB4 Germany 5.0 stock firmware. My phone did 2 rounds of "Optimizing 1 apps out of 125" before something after the final round failed and the following messages popped up as little boxes stacked on eachother
    "Unfortunately, Nfc Service has stopped."
"Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped"
"Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped"
I can boot the phone just fine and my fingerprint lock screen opens up into the familiar layout I had but the message boxes block any functionality and I can't see the signal thing in the status bar. Some core functionality seemed to get bonked basically.
What do you suggest I do to fix this issue? Aside form rerooting.

I would try Smart Switch/Kies emergency firmware recovery, first
