[AC Question]

Hi, my m8+ box suddenly gave up on me after having it for a week or so. It gets to the loading screen and gets no further, we managed to get to do a reboot only once and that was it, haven't been able to access it again and the reboot didn't work. I have tried using a paperclip/toothpick on the reset button and plugging and unplugging etc and its done nothing. Ive seen a few people have this issue but has anyone had any luck fixing it. Any help is gratefully received. My kids loved the box and we are stuck with old shows till it is fixed lol.
