The date on the home screen for the new Nexus Launcher is wroung

I installed the new Nexus launcher and have noticed that the date is wrong (day before). I am in Australia UTC =10. I have checked the rest of the phone settings and they are all correct. Any suggestions on how to fix this or is it a bug

I am experiencing the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. Running Android Lollipop 5.1.1. I'm located in Mexico (UTC=-6), and it's showing the wrong date (one day before). My phone settings are appropiately setted up, I have the correct date, but not on my main screen. Haven't found any solutions.
