my phone nokia xl is wasting battery more than use by cell standby like 80

I am student and I daily charge my mobile befor going to college and at college not much usage of it but after some hour my mobile battery reducing very fast when use even screen also also reduce the battery give help to stop wasting of battery by cellstandby

High battery usage from cell standby is usually experienced in poor signal areas and there's not a lot you can do about that.
