Any one seen this symbol before?

Its like an upside down stick man - There is no notification but its in the notification bar at the top if that makes sense?

Could be the universal USB icon which looks similar to what you're describing.. this may mean you're connected to another device via your USB power cord.. Even if there's no notification, swipe the tool tray with a downward motion to see what the icon says.
