Can a porn virus/malware/etc. Get to my pictures and take them ?

I downloaded cm security and when i scanned it showed me that there is sometype of porn virus or malware virus or something like that i don't really remmember , i cleamed it and now everything is good , but my question is : is it possible that this thing hacked my gallery and toke the pictures inside ? Please answer , thanks alot

First of all, i wouldn't touch any app by CM, they are evil. Most of this stuff is scareware, they want to trick you into getting their app! Don't click on unknown links and don't sideload apps and you're safe
