My dialpad is incomplete during a phone call

I can't see the bottom line ( * , 0 , # )
What I should do?
There is a setting I don't know?
I must decrease the size of dial-pad, or maybe I need to change the resolution, or decrease the size of the red line (that cancel the call)

My phone is Allview A5 Quad.
The problem appears after I changed the original Android with another one. It is still Android 4.2.2 but is build GIONEE_P3.
I don't want the original Android because it have other issues.

Thanks for registering! I'm not familiar with that phone, sorry. You could try downloading a third party dialer from the Play Store and see if the problem persists. It could be some specific bug from the custom ROM you installed. Where did you download it from? XDA?
