[AC Question]

I did a factory reset and now when it boots back up I have an activation s teen saying it needs a code listen for special ode but no message comes on and the activation page is shaded out so pressing the numbers doesn't work. When I click next and accept language I get a message saying mobile network not available. The only other option I have is to accept it and I won't be able to make calls or have service but when I do that the wifi is now kec out stuck on off. I don't know why it's doing this, I have a service plan with straight talk for 2 years but can't get past the blacked out activation screen.
