Which Tablet Should IBuy

I am in the market for some tablets for my new operating / shop management system at my office. I need some tablets to check customers in and vin decode a automobile. I have spoke to people who have this system they say make sure it has flash on the rear camera. Seems like most tablets today do not have rear camera and very few with flash, it has become overwhelming to me. I looked at a older Note 12.2. I am ok with older tablets just do not want to make a mistake. I will be purchasing 2 nice bigger tablets for management, 5 smaller tablets for technicians. This is the requirements.
