i deleted e. strongs folder of my phone and l have a lot of problem now

would you please help me to solve this problem?

1. i cant install new app after that
2.my phone dont let me to change wallpaper and says
"unable to save cropped image "
3.i cant call anyone

and some problem else

please help me, my phone is galaxy s2 pluse

Welcome to the forums. Do you have ES File Explorer installed in your phone? If so, uninstall it and see if it makes any difference.
