Home got corrupted?

[AC Question]

LG5. My battery died and when i charged it, a couple of things messed up. First i noticed my wallpaper changed to default and the lock screen just wont appear. Then when i was trying to fix it in the settings i noticed the circle and square buttons dont work anymore but back button does. Lastly notification screen, where you pull down on the screen, only shows time and date and none of the shortcuts for options like wifi and bluetooth. And when i try to change home launcher in settings, it just doesnt load the options and jumps back to settings
